What we collect
We collect the information you give us: your name, email, current country, organisation if supplied, service interest, preferred language and contact arrangement, the guide linked to your enquiry, and your short message. If you request a telephone reply, you may provide a number. Our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the website.
Please do not use this form to send passports, identity numbers, bank details, health information, criminal history, detailed immigration decisions or information about another person's case. There is no document-upload facility. If we need further information, we will explain what is required and agree an appropriate way to provide it. Client casework and associated records are addressed separately when we agree your engagement.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- Responding to a request for our services and arranging an engagement: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing our contract where one exists.
- General, professional and partner enquiries: our legitimate interests in responding to relevant correspondence and running our business.
- Website operation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting: our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure, functioning service.
- Meeting a specific legal or regulatory requirement: compliance with the applicable legal obligation. We may also retain necessary correspondence for establishing or defending legal claims under our legitimate interests.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary. We need sufficient contact and service details to assess your request and reply. An enquiry does not create an engagement. We do not make automated eligibility or case-acceptance decisions, profile you for advertising, sell your information or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
Where your enquiry goes
The website sends your enquiry to Kader@ukvisatax.com for review by Kader Ameen. Hostinger provides our website hosting and Hostinger Mail provides our mailbox. These services process information for website operation and email delivery and storage. The form does not create a public record or a separate client database.
We do not routinely disclose enquiries to other advisers. If a referral is appropriate, we will discuss it with you before sharing your details. We may disclose necessary information to a regulator, court or authority when legally required, or to professional advisers where necessary to deal with a complaint or legal claim.
International processing
Hostinger and its service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, including through overseas infrastructure and support. Hostinger's data processing terms describe its processing arrangements and international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. How long we keep information
For an enquiry that does not become a client matter, our retention policy is to delete the correspondence within 12 months of the last substantive contact, unless it is needed for an unresolved complaint, legal claim or specific legal obligation. We review any extended retention and delete the information when that reason ends. If you become a client, relevant enquiry correspondence becomes part of your case file, subject to the retention terms explained in your client-care letter.
The form uses a salted hash of the connecting IP address and submission timestamps to limit abuse. Entries expire after 24 hours and are removed when the form next processes a valid request. It does not record the message in these counters. Hosting security and access logs are managed within Hostinger's service; retention depends on the log type and applicable service arrangements. Cookies and website features
Our website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use browser storage for your enquiry, or load third-party advertising trackers. The enquiry form and navigation work without non-essential cookies. Hosting security features may process technical data to protect the service. We will update this notice before introducing analytics, marketing tools or other new uses of your information.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have legal limits. If we rely on consent for a separate activity, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact Kader@ukvisatax.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month, explaining any lawful extension.
